Shipping Time

Ship out within 1 – 3 days after confirmation of payment.

Swiss-PostPac Economy delivery time is usually 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

PostPac Priority delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday).

Swiss-Express guarantees delivery items the next day by 9 a.m. at the latest. Applies throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Even on Saturdays.For this type of shipment, please submit a request a customer service contact.

Orders will be shipped when all items are available.

Shipping Costs

OThe shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping rates may be higher than what we have listed on this website. In such cases we shall inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order or transaction.

Domestic & Internationaldeliveries

Delivery time is usually 3 to 15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

The stated delivery time is for reference only.

We don’t guarantee the actual delivery time. Late arrival may be due to the following reasons:
parcels are delayed by local customs inspections, due delays to the bad weather.

We shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.

Package delivery (domestic & international)

The small parcels are sent without tracking (Economy B or Priority A) receipt of.

We strongly recommend using Shipping Option 2 as this will generate a Track and Trace number which will help you track your order. The default shipping option is Option 1 which is Standard Economy International Swiss Post.

Option 2

generate a Track and Trace number with la SwissPost which can be used to track your delivery online or by phone directly with la Swiss Post. These options also include some insurance for your items while in transit.

Option 1

is Standard International Swiss Post and while cheapest it does not have a Track and Trace facility. We cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are delayed in the post so this option should only be chosen if you are happy to accept those risks.

By selecting Option 1 you accept all responsibility for safe delivery of your items to their destination after they leave our warehouse.

Make sure you make the right choice, if you prefer delivery wtih tracking, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping for Pre-Order items

We will send the pre-order items out once there is stock. However, we do not guarantee the delivery time.

The user has the right to cancel pre-order within 24 hours from time to time when it will iPhonebay warned.

Out of Stock or Incoming Items

If you ordered an item that is out of stock, you will be informed of this via email. However, we do not guarantee the delivery time. The user has the right to cancel order within 24 hours from receipt of the order, you will be notified by email. This email will include instructions for canceling your order, if you so desire, along with a time frame for delivery of the backordered or incoming item(s). If a backordered or incoming item(s) is not shipped within 30 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), the order will be automatically cancelled and payment refunded to your credit card. You will be notified by email of the cancellation.

We can not issue refunds for order more than 24 hours after order date.

Shipping Damage

Once you have determined that the products shipped to you were received damaged, you need to notify us and the carrier (ie. Swiss Postal, DHL , etc.) immediately. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (Svwiss Postal, DHL , etc.) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. Most trucking companies will only deal with the receiver in cases of damaged goods. Please DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving an RMA number and all the important instructions. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us and the carrier within two days of receiving the product. Once you have informed us (and the carrier) with this information we will send you complete instructions on how we will be taking care of the damaged goods. We wish to take care of you and get your damaged product replaced as soon as possible. Please do let us know if you have not received the instructions within 1-2 business days.

RMA Explanation

When it is necessary to return a product, please use our online RMA request form prior to doing so. All returns, regardless of how they were shipped or where they were shipped from must be referenced by an RMA Number (Returned Materials Authorization Number). Do not refuse your shipment, as you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for the refusal.

HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.

We will only accept a return if a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA) has been issued, the product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging, and it has been less than 10 days since the order was received.

Listed products (items that have listed prices on our web pages) may be returned within 10 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer’s packaging. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a standard 15% restocking fee (which can be lowered with a comparable reorder) and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Items returned after 10 days or without an RMA #, should it be decided that they will be accepted, are subject to a higher restocking fee. Returns without an RMA can also possibly delay processing of your credit.

We do not accept returns for used or assembled products. We do not sell used products and you will not receive any used or refurbished merchandise from us.

Please contact us if you wish to return any products. Items must be brand new (never used), in perfect condition, with all manufacturer’s packaging. We will issue you an RMA number and return instructions on how and where to ship the products.

Items that were NOT shipped by a Standard Carrier (for example of a standard carrier, we mean companies such as Swiss Post, DHL, etc…) may NOT be returned.

It isn’t easy or convenient (for you or us) when you need to return something. If you aren’t certain the products you are ordering are EXACTLY what you want/need and expect; please do not order it from us. Please keep in mind, items returned after 10 days are subject to a higher restocking fee or may not be returnable at all.

Wrong Products

Items not complying with orders

It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please, first , email notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will then issue an RMA number and return instructions on how and where to return the product. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA and those instructions.

The linked websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website, or any changes or updates to such websites.

Prices and Descriptions

We cannot confirm the price of a product until you order.
It is possible that the price for a product may increase or decrease between the time that the product is placed in a shopping cart and the time the purchase is actually made.

Also, despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on the Site may display incorrect prices.

If the price for the product on the Site is incorrect and is actually higher than the price provided at the time of purchase, then, at the sole discretion of iPhonebay.ch, iPhonebay.ch may either (a) contact you for instructions before shipping the product or charging you for such product, or (b) cancel the order for such product and notify you of such cancellation.

iPhonebay.ch will have the right to cancel any orders for products that have been listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or contain other incorrect information or typographical errors or are unavailable for any reason.

iPhonebay.ch will have this right regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, iPhonebay.ch will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing the products we offer for sale via the eShop. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the eShop are accurate, complete, reliable, current or errorfree.

If a product we offer is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Neither iPhonebay, nor our officers or directors, employees, affiliates, any of our agencies, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or operating the eShop is liable or responsible for any errors or omissions in the content of the eShop.

Furthermore, we will not be liable or responsible for any claim or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use, interpretation, reliance upon, or other implementation of such information.

The availability and pricing of products are subject to change at any time without notice. Products that are shipped to end consumers are subject to sales tax at the appropriate state and local rate.
